The LEDs in the interior ring show the hours from 1 – 12.
The LEDs in the exterior ring show the minutes in steps of 5: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55.
The LEDs in the central ring show the minutes from 1 - 5.
